
My team members are diverse. Everyone is unique and will be able to offer their own experiences and knowledge that others may not possess.
For that very reason, we must report problems as we working together, the situation will be faced more efficiently and finding solutions and alternatives will be easier. Don't point the finger to a specific person when there are mistakes, try to encourage instead of spreading negativity.
Be transparent. I think the leader can share information that the team must know the circumstances (no matter in which stages of the progress) which have an effect on the project they are part of. Trust & delegate tasks to your teammate, get the team involved and encourage them to improve.
