Old Navy Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The discount which we get on the products

401(k) program is very hood

Comp days, holiday pay and pto

Medical coversge I have is great .

Medical 401k is great. I can save money

I already have health insurance but it would be nice if I could get paid vacation time instead of using my accrued sick time for planned vacation days

getting 4 weeks of paid time off a year as senior lead!!

everything about it is great

50% discount, and discount at other Gap stores

It was absolutely pretty okay. It wasn't even that bad. But I'm still kinda mad about the I got off. Okay.

Review from Sales Dept

I get paid really well

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel like i'm putting a lot of strain on my body from the tasks I do, and they do not determine pay by experience or anything similar. Raises are only a couple of cents. Almost over 98% of the time overtime is not encouraged, and you will be reprimanded by DM or GM

The GM is disrespectful to the associates as well as management staff. Only management is full time. I wasn't even paid for the day I took off for my mother's funeral. Because part time workers don't get bereavement pay.

Review from Sales Dept

There is no direct communication from managers or leadership on tasks to complete for the day given in a timely manner, no acknowledgement, appreciation, or recognition for the work that I do or even for going above and beyond what is required of my job description.

Better pay and awknowledgement of the customers and their problems that retail workers have to deal with. Some benefits for part-time employees, not so late hours.

Pay increasing with merit and tenure and not starting new mannagers off at tenured management wage.

I always try to meet my goals card holders swipes and application sign ups My over all raise was .15 cents Doesn’t make you feel very appreciat

Better manager one who care about the emoyees and not a bully

Everyone is apathetic. I dont feel like anyone is putting in 100%

poor pay and poor treatment of employees, they want you to come at their every beck and call for a measly $11 per hour....

Stop aggressive visits and playing favorites

Review from Sales Dept

For one, I’ve seen so many people come and go I am always open to learning new things but always get put on the back burner.I feel that I should get paid because of experience and time put in. Somebody shouldn’t just get hired and make about the same as much as I

Have to ask for a raise. Have begged for one for 4 months now with nothing.

A increase in pay perhaps 1.00

I work full time for 10.50 an hour. I get guilted when i call off sick

My skills as a senior lead are needed immensely for customers satisfaction. I believe a senior lead should be given a pay raise the company is more then able to afford it. My skills were dual noted and should be accommodated. I understand i receive PTO but that is not enough.

Raising our pay and giving us sick hours

They flat out said on a national call they would not raise wages above minimum wage because that “isn’t there business mo

Have not received my compensation package after more than 4 months

Whenever I may have voiced my opinion on how something could/should be approached, it is quickly dismissed and told to do it in whichever way the current leader would want it done.

I would say to raise pay
