Old Navy is hyper superficial when it comes their image and progressiveness. They don't care about their employees at all. They 3rd party there HR department. They dont respect work life balance, they've become obseessed with selling old navy Credit Cards, their leadership are cluless. Glad I left!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Obsessiveness over Credit Cards, no work life balance, cant get ahold of HR department its third partied . Hyper superficial focus on image and progressiveness, only used to make a profit. They're using capitalism to monopolize "wokeness"
