Many times I have had other Old Navy stores be used as an example to what the one I worked at should be like. One cannot compare two or three different stores with the same brand if they have different customers, employees, and leaders.
To accept that not everyone needs to fit a mold that is a kind of an all or nothing formula. Some employees can be amazing with shipment and handle the register very well, but they can't get enough sign-ups or credit cards? Guess they'll be part-time forever.
