To come in and know what needs to be done in the priority of tasks, then get straight to it
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and standards. Seniority should mean something for training purposes. Cross training should be implemented. A kind word goes a long way
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was almost 4 years ago. The companies standards were explained to be important. The standards WERE IMPORTANT... Though not so much now
What are some of the best things about your team?
We manage to communicate the important work related things (where we left off- what still needs to be done) without the assistance of our management team
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I already have health insurance but it would be nice if I could get paid vacation time instead of using my accrued sick time for planned vacation days
