I enjoy the company very much but do not enjoy the GM
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to all be in the same page as well as a few need to take time to find there humanity and to become more inspiring
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My skills as a senior lead are needed immensely for customers satisfaction. I believe a senior lead should be given a pay raise the company is more then able to afford it. My skills were dual noted and should be accommodated. I understand i receive PTO but that is not enough.
