really terrible, managers will not schedule you, will be highly unprofessional, and you probably will be very minimally trained; you're not really working, I was told to just look busy and "find something to do" on my second day. managers sit around and gossip all day.

Be more professional; the hiring manager and scheduling manager were highly unprofessional during the interview, checking their phone the whole time, chewing and popping gum during the interview.
