I work in a hostile environment. I was threatened on the sales floor by a coworker. She than bragged about it to a coworker. She even discussed a write up the GM. Gave me because the GM told her about it. There was no investigation regarding allegations made by GM. HR spoke to no witnesses nor to me

Be professional. Keep personal feelings in check. Remember business is business

The interviewer made the idea of working at old navy seemed the best fit.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The GM is disrespectful to the associates as well as management staff. Only management is full time. I wasn't even paid for the day I took off for my mother's funeral. Because part time workers don't get bereavement pay.
