We haven't had a meeting in a while what one a year that's not nothing

I'm always excited to go to work no matter what I do or where I go

don't think they treat people fairly all the time over there some people get away things and other people can't
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
they need to communicate one will tell you to do something and then two minutes later another manager comes around and tells you do something totally different than the first one does they need to talk to each other
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need more positive than negative in the store they need to quit hiring so many people and give everybody a 40-hour work week that would be nice instead of hiring people and only given them 20 to 25 hours a week if that many sometimes you don't even get that
