What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The environment for the most part is positive, it helps to give positive reinforcement to employees when they are performing at and above and especially when customers let you know they were very helpful. I think there should be events for employees off the clock

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

I think they need to be more organized and know how to delegate duties to employees. I also believe they should allow employees to do their assigned jobs instead of pulling them to perform other duties that are not urgent. Managers should also be more knowledgeable.
