A lot of them are encouraging and try to make work fun.
I liked that when I interviewed they showed me the areas I could be working in so they brought in other employees opinion.
The area managers make it a positive culture. The GM not so much. She makes a negative because she is hardly there.
The GM is never there so when she shows up, she messes up the balance the other area managers have created. Employees don't like it when she is there.
They need to come in with a positive attitude and actually have a work ethic. They also need to be properly trained on the floor, customer engagement and fitting room.
I have been with the company a little over three years and only gotten a .34 cent raise. I am one of the best employees who know where items are on the floor and engage with customers. I am hardly on the register so it is unfair that raises are based on register performance.
