Very people-friendly and family-oriented, laid back with diverse understanding.
What makes you most happy at work?
The positive feedback that I continually hear from our customers in reference to our store, employees, and clothing line.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of my leadership team are contemporary in style so the flow is very consistent within our store, providing an overall pleasurable experience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
When they are placed in proper departments to match their skill set, the overall effectiveness of the store including stats goes up drastically. Everyone then works very well together and is much happier.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the company should honor policy when you work a certain amount of hours for so many weeks you automatically get placed on full time. However, that has not happened. As well as pay could be a wee bit higher all the way around, but that goes for any company.
