Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being a new CCH, i am going to quit soon because i dont get paid much more and its one of the highest employee positions. I also believe if the store requires you to do many roles that contribute to the different scores (customer service, CIC,) then employees should be paid accordingly
