COMMUNICATION NEEDS SO MUCH WORK
Paying attention to problem areas in the workplace and being more hands on with coming up with a solution.
Communication, team building skills, people interaction, and they need to keep home life problems out of the workplace
This place makes me feel like i am worthless & I have mever been treated this way ever.
They need to get better at communicating
I feel like i'm putting a lot of strain on my body from the tasks I do, and they do not determine pay by experience or anything similar. Raises are only a couple of cents. Almost over 98% of the time overtime is not encouraged, and you will be reprimanded by DM or GM
The GM is disrespectful to the associates as well as management staff. Only management is full time. I wasn't even paid for the day I took off for my mother's funeral. Because part time workers don't get bereavement pay.
Review from Sales Dept
There is no direct communication from managers or leadership on tasks to complete for the day given in a timely manner, no acknowledgement, appreciation, or recognition for the work that I do or even for going above and beyond what is required of my job description.
Better pay and awknowledgement of the customers and their problems that retail workers have to deal with. Some benefits for part-time employees, not so late hours.
Pay increasing with merit and tenure and not starting new mannagers off at tenured management wage.
Team building meetings. Minding their own business
Communication and work together instead of against one another . Be more helpful when employee is needing extra help on the floor
Work together, stay ona same page, be respectful
Show initiative, be responsible, clean up after themselves
Have conductive meetings and meetings with managers
Review from Sales Dept
Management and leaders being willing to listen and hear what the floor associates have to say without them having a fear of repercussions, (less days or hours scheduled), given menial tasks, losing their job, or having a pile up infractions initiated against them to leading to a termination.
Better managers better communication. Open communication
much better pay and communication
New district manager in ottawa and qiebec
Review from Sales Dept
Hire a new GM teach everyone about respect
Clear transparency about the expectations and emphasized importance of associates signing customers up with credit cards. Clarifying that you will be doing either other than or more than the position you are interviewing for.
Be more professional; the hiring manager and scheduling manager were highly unprofessional during the interview, checking their phone the whole time, chewing and popping gum during the interview.
I started working very close to the start of the pandemic. The interview process was practically nothing, just setting a date to meet in the backroom and read the documents, There was no one-on-one questioning for me.
don't lie about the position they're hiring people for and the hours they'll be getting
Review from Sales Dept
Differentiate between transfer applications and actually new employees
Review from Sales Dept
Sometimes people feel over prices and maybe judged to come in and feel pressured to use the brand card or sign up for one
I think when it comes to checking out customers get annoyed because they see associates on the floor but no one comes to the register to ring.
Improvement in training would help significant
Review from Operations Dept
Attention and help to customer needs.
they could be better to their employees and communicate instead of being cowardice
