Oracle does have great benefits, which is about the only redeeming thing they have going.

Working for Oracle is a pleasure
Currently getting full benefits for 75% time - can cut back to 50% & keep full benefits

Negotiate a good starting salary as you eill be stuvk on it your whole career.
6 weeks of accrued vacation like in Google would make a big difference
Oracle overpays their leadership - for extreme loyalty under difficult circumstances, which results in underpaying non-leaders - the actual "doers" at Oracle. They also do not know how to properly value/compensate employees with no quota (non-QCs) or employees not in development.
Oracle does not operate on meritocracy and rarely has accurate performance reviews and aptitude levels documented for its talent base. They also don't know how to value talent for non-Sales and non-Developer roles - really no idea what the market bears for top performers.
To be in line with market value
Below market compensation, no raises, no bonuses.
Adjust my pay for inflation instead of pushing back the review cycle by 6 months
lost benefits through an acquisition
Better salary and compensation bonus
Review from Operations Dept
Oracle doeant offer much benefits and stock options are given very selectively.
Most of the benefits elections are employee contributed. The employer should provide these.
after 4 years of service I got a mask and alcohol as an office returning, one of the nicest things of getting into great companies are the gifts the company provides to demonstrate some care, for some reason oracle does not do that, as you focus too much on the money and less on the soul.
be compensated as the right level according to my experiencxe
Competition is paying better than what my company is paying
Despite good performance, no increase in payment for 14 years.
Would be nice to be paid even remotely close to market. They pay 30% or more below market.
Oracle pay is significantly below the market
I hear fron recruiters for jobs that make 40k more than I make right now. This has happened to me at anorher company and I got a 30% raise. Oracle will never do that.
Stock options were not given at time of hire
below market level pay and benefits
