What do you like best about the leadership team?
I never had a better team! Seriously, here in Osmosis, everybody's so helpful and the environment is so comfortable. The leadership team makes you want to give more than they're even asking simply because you feel appreciated.

Working remotely with a flexible schedule is a huge perk. Access to a health coach, encouragement to always continue learning (webinars, conferences, books, podcasts, etc), and an extremely thoughtful group of people who look out for each other.

Unity in diversity best defines Osmosis. There's a feeling of belongingness even though we're from different time zones.

Coming in everyday knowing that it will be another great day with awesome people is more than enough reason to be happy. Considering that we work in a remote setting, I have never felt connected to my managers and teammates in my previous company more than I ever felt with Osmosis.
