We do a team ride on the iOS team together every week - everyone from athletes to your newbie to fitness. We rotate who picks, and it's a lot of fun.

We have an incredible team of dedicated, hard working, low politic members. Everyone is trying to help. In two years I think I've only run into one person where I thought maybe they were not being the most helpful, and that instance really stood out as being so rare. That says a lot.

What did you like most about the interview process?
We are aware of the gaps in our interviewing and onboarding, and have a DEDICATED TEAM tackling those issues.

It's always adapting and evolving for the better. I think the entire onboarding process has tuned itself to functionable.

The whole process went quite smoothly and organized. I was told when I'd get a phone interview and the interviewing recruiter called promptly. My in person interview also when as scheduled and my interviewers were polite, prompt and engaging. The questions were challenging but appropriate.

What makes you most happy at work?
We handle problems quickly and fairly, which means that we have far more wins than issues, and our teamwork makes it incredibly gratifying.
