What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Show respect. Stop with micromanagement. Stop promoting unqualify persons who lack simple understanding and is unable to explain the simplest tasks. Stop with the passive aggressiveness. Promote Teamwork & live by the core values that they promote. Speak with more eloquence and not elementary

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation does not match the amount of work we put in being in a leadership/supervisor position. Especially when there at employees making the same amount with continuous overtime.

There is no Respect from management to the employees, they want you speak and voice your concern but when you do, it is disregarded. Give raises and not just incentives to those that they like but those who work hard.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers need to understand that interrupting is rude and hinders comprehension. Coworkers need to understand that everyone has a high workload but that workload is negatively impacted when they do not do their task, especially after multiple follow-ups.

The company needs to hire or promote, those who are knowledgeable and educate and not just those who they like. They need to treat individuals like adults and professional and not like elementary children, when speak they need to be eloquent. They need to live by the Core values that they promote

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
When systems are antiquated and when employees refuse to learn new systems, that slows down numerous departments. To improve we need to force the change or get new systems, employees.

The Mngmnt team needs an overhaul. They have no experience or knowledge, you are unable to take an issue to them as they offer no resolution, it is quicker to get assistance from your team member. Stop asking for goals that they themselves cannot meet. The rules of the company should apply to all
