Pet trainers, wearing drab gray shirts is ridiculous for employees that are supposed to be the most personable and excited in the room. Bright colors with bright graphics. With bright letters that identify them as special as associates.

There is no compensation package for all employees except store manager and merchant manager are part time with the company in which I work for

The discount is great and it's comparable

Quality of work and shared love of pets
We all get along. We are line a family
Many things, the team was drawn to the job for the same reason, to make money and be able do the right things for pets at the same time.
Co-workers are always nice. You never feel judged.
We work well together. We help each other out and always lift each others spirits.

Everyone feels the same about the absolutely garbage and anti employee/pet antics

At least the person involved was nice can't say the same for all store leaders
I think the people had in mind the other shortcomings in the area and we're willing to accommodate

I was able to get an interview in person upon walking into the store versus having to apply online and wait to possibly receive Call back
