We call all our executives by their first name and they are approachable and very supportive.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Making unilateral decisions that involve all applicable parties. Not acting impulsively. Maybe giving up like $10,000 a year of their salaries so the rest of the company can get a simple cost of living raise.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We worked incredibly hard over the past year to try to re-launch the brand and update the in-store experience and we were not compensated for that hard work.

If my compensation was reflective of the work I do and not the title I have . By the way, my title doesn't exist outside of Pier 1.

It sounds silly, but it is the people.
