1 yrs pay + benefits, Allowed me to come back as a consultant for 5 yrs doing the things I loved to do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
R&D requires an atmosphere of DISCOVERY. People must be allowed to be themselves and will give their very best in that environment. It was my greatest joy to see them work from not just the head but the heart. There was a high quality of people I worked with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I lead many science teams.Was the resident trouble shooter, and they fully trusted me.I taught in the P&G college and was a peer leader.I LOVED my job and couldn't wait to come to work, often staying over for an extra hour or 2.I still dream of being at work. Traveled worldwide for the company.
