Long hours. Lots of time on feet. Hard on body. Most coworkers are great tho.

Listening and caring for core team employees like Mr proctor and Mr Gamble intended. Actually caring, not saying you do then 3 months later minimize another employee benifit for cost savings or bringing more work on the already unstable over worked core team employee.

Focusing on production instead of non-value added tasks

Stop worrying about yourself and start taking care of your people. Quit downsizing workforce to increase profit. A bad manager can ruin an entire group.

Being in touch with the floor and understanding the 12 hr swing shift better. That shift work wears you out but they come in all refreshed Monday morning acting like we should all be excited to be there on our 3rd day or night of 12 hrs. It's not healthy but we are told it's not an issue.

I like the Profit sharing

The ability to buy additional vacation hours up to the 6 week mark is hands down the coolest part of our benefits package.

The overall extras are nice not having to pay for toilet paper and paper towels, but the health insurance is something that gets worse every year.

10 years ago P&G had great pay and benefits for the job you did. Now the pay 10 years later is more threw yearly cost of living raises, your workload has more than doubled and benefits have dramatically decreased across the board, ex health insurance costs, health insurance coverage, stock earning %

Too much importance put on paperwork and people are losing valuable mechanical skills. Techs used to feel more valued and were asked to do more work installing lines and bigger maintenance projects. Now we are valued by managing people and pushing paperwork. We had more say in matters years ago.

Definitely the best group of Co workers I've ever had
Review from Operations Dept
Morale is down, employees are stressed and tired and fear for their jobs of getting fired. Was very hard to get fired 10 years ago. Now it happens weekly.
Review from Operations Dept
Most co workers are great but hold accountable the ones that don't pull their own weight instead of putting more responsibility on the ones thatdo the work.

The culture has changed a lot over the years and it seem that the new hires are developing an attitude of all about me and whatever it takes to move up. Even to the point of step on others to get there. A lot less sense of family than there used to be. They have them afraid to speak up to managers.

They could try a little harder. If promotions were actually based on performance might help motivate skill building

Too late. Culture is now driven by profits and bonuses paid to upper levels for stagnant results.

Value the line techs more. Stop trying to make wagers out of techs. Give more credit to techs that keep the lines up and running. You can't run a line from a cubical. It take quality techs to keep cases going out the door and we are losing that.

Management should be more understanding of the working conditions and expectations placed on employees. A more realistic approach to meeting business needs would be greatly beneficial.

Again, it’s all about treatment of the employee. People in past would ask for a break and the response they got was “you got a break when you got hired here” and it wasn’t a job it was a career. Now it’s complete opposi

Our culture of Lima 1 has been butchered and pulled apart. Lima was an experiment plant and work system. It worked for many years and they tried hard to change it and now it is simply another factory job. New hires profit share has been cut way low also. Turnover is starting to rise as a result.
