Morale is down, employees are stressed and tired and fear for their jobs of getting fired. Was very hard to get fired 10 years ago. Now it happens weekly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening and caring for core team employees like Mr proctor and Mr Gamble intended. Actually caring, not saying you do then 3 months later minimize another employee benifit for cost savings or bringing more work on the already unstable over worked core team employee.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Again, it’s all about treatment of the employee. People in past would ask for a break and the response they got was “you got a break when you got hired here” and it wasn’t a job it was a career. Now it’s complete opposi

10 years ago P&G had great pay and benefits for the job you did. Now the pay 10 years later is more threw yearly cost of living raises, your workload has more than doubled and benefits have dramatically decreased across the board, ex health insurance costs, health insurance coverage, stock earning %
