The ability to buy additional vacation hours up to the 6 week mark is hands down the coolest part of our benefits package.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management should be more understanding of the working conditions and expectations placed on employees. A more realistic approach to meeting business needs would be greatly beneficial.

It’s like a family away from home. We all spend a great deal of time together and we are allowed to foster our relationships through company activities.
What makes you most happy at work?
I’m just happy knowing I have a career that allows me to support my family and provide them with the means to peruse their dreams one day.
