Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I work almost 15 hours per day. Continuously without almost breaks for eating. Those are almost 2 jobs of 8 hour shifts. If my salary is divided by two then it's basically lower to market standards.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership team does not care about employees as people. They just want and see the numbers and want to do whatever it takes to get them. Eventhough they say they always follow the PVPS the atmosphere is terrible. People are burned out, terribly stressed and overspending accounts ...

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Just thinking about my boss calling the morning asking if we will get the numbers that she put because stubbornness without taking into account the market or clients cappacity makes me sick. 10 calls a day at least pushing and telling me "she does not understand why they are not buying" terrible!!

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

People wear a terrible facade in the company. They just talk on how to do the right thing selling themselves to everyone. Including the janitors. Don't talk of anything else that is not how great they are when in the back they do terrible things. Over spend accounts and give more discounts to showof

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Take care about employees. How is it possible that a manager in my country told her team they should start working before 5 am because she wakes up at 4? And then that she thinks they all need to work weekends. And if they don't see the numbers they don't care to broke clients. Thats against PVP
