The workers feel like numbers. The company could care less about you and will not hesitate to get rid of you if you have an individual thought
The people that are in management are just out of college engineering people and they have no management experience. You constantly are taking direction from people with no work experience let alone life experience. They don’t have a clue how to deal with people
Raise the pay. They have continued to add more and more responsibilities and technology requirements to employees but kept the pay the same while management is paid handsomely for doing nothing. Since there is no company 401k match the company could add something to the stock plan
