What makes you most happy at work?
The work environment and team aspect. My group is incredible open and helpful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all smart, ground and willing to help. P&G is an incredibly collaborative workplace!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open and straight forward about metrics and success toward those metrics. They communicate transparently company goals and targets.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was intense but it definitely ensure we acquire top talent. I enjoyed getting to meet and interact with multiple levels of leadership during the interview process.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I wish we were faster to market and make decisions. There are often multiple layers of management that need to sign off before I project gets its legs. It can be frustrating.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overall compensation is best-in-class! Never been paid as well as I am currently in a similar role. Their “overall compensation” measure allows you to easily see all benefits and dollar value in one place.
