The folks need to bond together and become one instead of being individuals can’t make changes if you not bonded
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They are bold face lyiers and play favortizium to folks that do not have there heart in P&G.Lower management tells upper management what they want to get what they want even if it’s not the truth.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The upper management needs to understand what is really going on and stop worrying about the dog and pony shows and we need all of our groups to communicate so we know what each is doing to be more effective
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
To many organizations within the company has know ideal what is going on with the other So we don’t even know how many lines to run because our distribution centers can’t tell us how much inventory is on hand so I terms we run to much then need to shut lines down
