Raises need to be yearly to keep pace with inflation. Not behind it
Some work and work hard. Most do only what is required if that. Others do nothing
Work not given out equally those that work are given much more others that don’t get nothing
It was ok could be better nothing about me as a person is looked at. The people interviewing you are children they don’t know how to work or interact with adults
The company has lost focus. It’s about profit and cases. Not quality of products sold and workers. It’s sll about those in the central building on the 6th and 7th floors getting yearly raises for work they don’t do and giving a box of left over junk to the rest for a job well done.
