The company has a strong sense of compassion. They certainly care about their employees. The benefit package came from a truly compassionate leadership who saw their employees as humans and cared about their quality of life. the management system is very humane and cares a lot about morals.

the engagement, the learning scale that I am developing. the option to grow technically or managerially

They set you up with success. They also respect the opinions and the passion drive. They enable their employees with every mean and they have a clear defined path for growth
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love their very generous healthcare insurance. The infertility program is truly generous and very reassuring. I also love their generous 401(K) program and the ample leave of absence packages that is not matched with anything in the market in my opinion.
