I intern within the Quality Assurance area, it was not what I expected, I learned a lot but I did a lot of overtime, I couldn't handle all the work I had to do as I was still in school and they didn't care, I didn't receive support from management either

Everyone was willing to teach me or help me anytime

the paycheck, vacations and shampoo aroma all around the facilities
What is the best part about your compensation package?
as an intern I still had 12 days of paid vacations anually
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They are missing a lot of leadership, there's a lot of micromanagement going on
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Managers need to be more involved, they don't think about the workload but only about results, they don't treat you as a person. No recognition unless you're one of the favourites
What did you like most about the interview process?
For me it was really easy, I uploaded my resumé at pg careers.com, received an email with a link for some tests, I had two interviews, one with the HR Manager and a panel one with 3 managers, an english exam and that was it, everything was pretty eas
