Leadership team is great in a personal & professional matter. They always have the time to discover new possibilities for the wellbeing of the company and oneself.

The process involve questions out of the ordinary or typical, giving you a hint of the companies way of thinking prior being selected as a member of the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Workload is very high & demanding, but also sometimes the extra mile you give to the company is not compensated. I love this job and I am happy to give more than 100% when is necessary but compensation would be great.
