  • If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at ProMedica?
Real honest fiscal accountability. True professional leaders who invest in the development of their people. Culture starts from the top down and requires leaders to effectively communicate a simple, clear mission driven message. Some of the managers and mid-level managers i see dont seem to want to do the hard work of changing culture. It is hard work. But worth it in the end.
