What did you like most about the interview process?Good sense of what the job entails.
What makes you most happy at work?I love my work. I love what i do.
What do you like best about your company? The people whom I get to work with, and that we are trusted and valued.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Theyve forgotten the mission, vision and values
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? The position I'm in does not accurately reflect the work I do but the hiring manager was very clear that the job was not a software development position (my usual work). The reality though is that I've had to utilize my software development & ETL skills to achieve the results they want.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Spread the wealth from the work I do down to the employees at my level.
