What is the best part about your compensation package?
The equity is a very nice component of it. And this is not simply because our stock is high...I feel this way because equity makes us invested in the company's success, and we all benefit from that commitment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people here are so supportive of each other. We are understanding of each other's differences and we love the diverse approaches that guide our decisions. This is not simply a job with co-workers. This is a career experience with incredible people who care. It truly is special.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy is a combination of the work my team does for our customers, the difference we are making in the world, and the people I have the privilege of working with every day. I truly do love my team, and they ALWAYS amaze me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is incredibly approachable, collaborative, and genuinely cares about the human aspect of what we do. Of course the numbers are important, but by doing the right things with the right people for the right reasons, we find that those actions lead to great numbers (not vice versa).
What are some of the best things about your team?
I genuinely love my team. We're all weirdos, and we accept our weirdness because we know everyone on the team is devoted to helping our customers and being good people. We embrace the human aspect of what we do, and I honestly cannot say enough great things about the amazing people here.
