What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am never made to feel like work is more important than myself, my health, or my family. Everyone genuinely cares about one another.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The employee stock purchase plan as well as the RSUs are a great benefit and help me feel even more 'invested' in the company as whole (see what I did there... *wink*wink*)
What are some of the best things about your team?
No matter what level we are our ideas are heard and supported by one another. It is always okay to stop by someones desk to ask a question or to just chat.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel valued as a person and not just as a "resource", it is clear that if I ever had an issue or question any member of leadership (from my boss all the way up to the CPO) would be happy to listen and help me out.
