What is the best part about your compensation package?
For starters, my pay essentially doubled from previous employment. The annual bonus and restricted stock units certainly help stiffen the number up as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Understands the mission and seeks to accomplish it but has fun on the way. The words and phrases we use to describe ourselves and what we do are genuine.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
During team meetings everyone has a chance to be heard and voice their concerns. Management hears those concerns and already has actions or ideas in place to help resolve the issues. This company truly cares about making sure that the employee is taken care of.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team members are highly intelligent and proficient in what they do, and they are super helpful to share knowledge and lend a helping hand. Also, the culture of the team in general is so similar to my own that it makes me feel at home.
