I am here because of the people. That said, there are definitely some toxic people and quite a bit of exclusion. There are days that are worse than others, when it feels more like high school with cliques and less like a respectful work place.

The relationships, as toxic as some people can be.

They don't let titles get in the way. They are relatable.

When people are getting along and treating each other with respect.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The work life balance is not good. Seems there is a push to "make it work" but when we voice concerns over long-term improvements to make our lives easier, no one seems to listen or allow us to make the necessary changes with the necessary resources.
