Money is good, benefit is nice not the best.
What makes you most happy at work?
The culture, the people, the free snacks. The lifestyle is nice
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are friends and not co workers. We are very strict in terms of who we bring in. But whoever we bring in, fit so well with the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They just care, it's the little stuff, all the time. At no time do I feel abused or mistreated, and if I do I talk to them it always get addressed quickly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our management is very hands off. They trust us to deliver, and we do. There is no micromanagement going on, and when we bring up difficulties, they listen and trust. That's extremely valuable.
