Extremely friendly and very competent. We've built a culture that is extremely supportive. It feels like the company is mostly rowing in the same direction.

They're extremely transparent on corporate direction and they consistently show up and support their teams. They're invested in the mission and it trickles down to every part of the organization.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They do a very good job providing equity to high-performers which keeps me motivated and makes me feel like I'm benefiting from the time and effort I put into the company
