I am relatively new, but things have been great thus far. The onboarding experience has been first class. I haven't worked for an organization that has put the time, energy, and effort into the company training like Rapid7.

It appears that a lot of people subscribe to the Rapid7 company values and being one moose! We move as a herd.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is rowing in the same direction. Everyone wants to contribute. Everyone shares best practices and things that they're seeing individually, which helps our team be better everyday.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy interacting with security professionals & practitioners. I think the work that some teams do / how they face threats is somewhat fascinating. I enjoy helping organizations improve their security posture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our team does an excellent job of seeing where we can contribute value to the market and expanding our portfolio, services, and relationships to solve for critical issues that our clients and prospects face.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The whole package is excellent. I have a job that compensates me well, takes care of my future medical and financial wellbeing, and I have equity in the company. This checks all of the boxes for me.
