The best part of my compensation package is the ability to double my commissions after I hit my quota

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their accessibility, the support they provide, and how they lead. Although they are leaders in the organization and have a lot on their plates, I never feel like I can't reach out to them. The nature in which they lead motivates you to do your part in achieving the company's vision.
What are some of the best things about your team?
One of the best parts about my team is reflected in the Rapid7 phrase, "One Moose". We're all on the same team together. The same mentality is reflected in my team as well. If I need help with anything, anyone on my team is always happy to help. You'll never fail alone at anything at Rapid7.
