What do you like best about the leadership team?
transparency & open door policy. They are very up front with our companies goals & strategy. But they are also open to hearing our feedback and making us feel heard. Along with they are all very approachable & can often be found on the floor not hiding around in offices.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had a different interview process where I had the opportunity to meet the hiring managers in a happy hour type environment. This was great because going into the interview they already knew the baseline about me so we could spend the full time digging into why I should be hired for this role.
