The core values aren't just published, they're actually lived out by team mates and the leadership team. People are guided by those values, we recognize each other when someone goes above and beyond through our "pic" system. It's truly a team effort.

Meetings started and ended on time. People were consistently positive about the company but didn't sugar coat the challenges. They wanted to be sure I understood the challenges and would be committed to the team and building solutions to address the problems.
