My team like every team at Rapid7 is given the freedom to be ourselves. Rapid7 finds success in each person/groups unique strengths, and does not try to make everyone the same.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Rapid7 leadership is uniquely made up of "doers". Leadership from Corey all the way down is very accessible and always willing to listen and help. They don't pass the buck, but rather take the reigns and focus on execution, not just ideas.
