it is fast pace but feels very meaningful. Everyone truly cares about what they do and gets to know you as a person first and employee second.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are friendly, real people who do not just swoop in every once in a while! I see them and interact with them regularly around the Boston office.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have an amazing manager who has also become a close friend. Our team is very close and everyone has each other's backs and are always willing to help one another.
