Having time to get work done if there are minimal meetings.

I'm not made to feel like just another number. My well-being in considered all the time and it makes me feel valued.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on the work I am doing I feel as if a bit more compensation would not go amiss but I am content.
