Extremely decent people, even outside of work I would want to know them.
Overall compensation (base pay, bonus, health care match, etc.) is competitive. Health care options are above average imo.
9 box. It encourages managers to put all their employees in pre-defined career projections or "boxes". It is terrible. Nobody wants to be in a box. It means some employees get unequal opportunities for growth while others are left to languish. At least, I assume it is 9 Box causing this.
As a technical contributor, I have no purpose at R7. The only REAL career path is into mgmt. If I want to do technical work, have career growth, there is nothing at R7 for me. For a company selling innovation and tech solutions, R7 doesn't care much about its technology or experienced tech staff
