Rapid7 is a great company to work for but they need to address pay and benefits across the board. We help grow the business 40% year over year and benefits promotions and pay increases are lacking unless you work in the US..

Other companies pay almost twice as much for similar roles. No stock program in place. Our office gets 0 attention from senior leadership and nothing has changed about it in 3 years.
