Interacting with leaders, adding value which helps in increasing productivity or revenue increase or cost optimization, got a very good team - the right balance of work and chit chat
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A bit undervalued relative to my last salary earned in previous organization, my work experience and skill set, no incentives as such in my role, had a couple more job offers which were offering 12-15% more fixed salary than what I am getting here so surely the market value was higher
